I only wish that you would actually respond to MyFreeCams members who submit a problem to MFC Support, much less within 24 hours. I received a login error on my Premium account nearly 12 days ago and have contacted Support via the Support Wiki, two email addresses, and even fax, and have not received one message even acknowledging that they were received and the problem still exists. I created a second Premium account because I could not spend time away from my friends any more and that account suffered the same fate last night after only 6 days. Now, the basic account I created simply to communicate with friends has the same login issue as well.
I have received no response, no solution, and have at least 6000 tokens that I cannot get to. Everywhere I look MFC says how great the technology is on their site and that customer service responds quickly to Premium members but this is simply not the case. Not being able to access the site with your account is a pretty serious issue that warrants immediate attention, not no response in nearly 12 days. That is 12 times longer than your 24 hours and it is made worse by the fact that I have no idea what happened in the first place and what will be done to prevent it from occurring in the future.
I would like nothing more than to have MFC support come through and prove me wrong but at this point am not holding my breath. Just don't go around blatantly lying about something like this then -- I am not the only one who has suffered because of MFC Support.

MFC...F stands for Free. I don't venture there much outside of the Asian/Pacific Islands filter, but I will agree with some things stated. The site is not as good as it used to be.
ReplyDeleteBanning is abused. Recently, I was banned from a room because I disagreed with the model's definition of the word "fundamentally."
I encounter a lot of begging and greed (“Hi…welcome to my room. Tip me.” “No…I just met you?” “Oh…a freeloader.”). They should screen for the use of "freeloader" and punish the model/member using the term, because MFC states, prominently, about their "commitment to FREE. …. Spending money on tokens is always optional" (an extract from the MFC wiki, section 1).
The models need to respect that, and the room directors (suck-ups, model 'protectors,' etc.) need to respect that also. Just as I can leave a room if I don't like something, those people can leave as well. There’s a growing number of premium members who are “as bad as,” or “worse than” the basics and guests they verbally assault.
No doubt that these women have been enticed, via hollow promises, to a world of good pay, despite the studios they work in taking half of what remains after MFC takes their half of a tip, group, or private session. These studios set ridiculous quotas that many cannot achieve, thus, they are “working” for nothing. Translation: this is a commission-only job. No guaranteed pay. That is disappointing…the models should receive their pay, regardless of how many tokens they received by ‘cut-off.’ (This is not an MFC problem, as it is a practice dictated by the respective studios).
I do get a laugh out of the mega-tippers, though, tipping hundreds during a visit (do you guys think the Asian models are getting all that?).
I have had problems with MFC support (response time, etc.), when I inform them of abuse. No doubt they are not concerned about quality. Note that it is impossible to get a refund on a tip (this is mentioned in the wiki). Tipping is done at your own risk. Skyping is done at your own risk. Privates are excessively expensive.
Despite the declining state of the site, there are those few "models" I converse with, who make that particular visit enjoyable; they are rewarded for the conversation.
